After successful negotiation and issuing the WO, client fills up a service order form supplied by the Marketing team, specifying all the service requirements as per the WO. After that Marketing team issues a Service Installation request to the Technical, along with all the required customer information and customer contacts.

Service Support
Existing Customer contacts to the “Help Desk” for the support through mail or phone. Help Desk escalates the calls to concern Technical Department. Technical department ensure the smooth service providing necessary support and Service Delivery Department coordinate the whole process among the customer and technical department.
Service Targets
To ensure that the desired customer application(s) works smoothly and seamlessly over the data path provided by the said circuit.
